9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. In such cases, the remaining balance — subject to wagering requirements being met — will be available for withdrawal.

9.2 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. To reactivate the account in this situation, the member must contact support.

10 Limitation of Liability

bang win accepts no liability for compensation in the following circumstances:

• Games lost due to the member's loss of internet connection.
• Account damage caused by external hacking or phishing attacks where the member themselves shared their credentials.
• Temporary service unavailability during technical maintenance.

Under no circumstances will bang win's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant member in the preceding 30 days.
